1981:  Admiralty Yacht Sales established by Carl and Mary Lou Rafello

1983:  Awarded “Dealer of the Year” by Catalina

1986:  Awarded "Outstanding Dealer of the Year, Exceptional Customer Service" by Catalina

1989:  Awarded "Top Corondo Dealer of the Year" by Catalina

2006:  Carl Rafello retires, selling the brokerage to Michael Jameson

2007:  Foss Waterway marina office opens at Johnny's Dock Restaurant

2008:  Admiralty becomes dealer for "Altima Yachts" throughout the western US, expanding

             into power, along with joining the world of "green boating" by becoming a dealer

             for "Duffy Electric Boats"
