Technical standard specification
Certification
The boats are built according to the CE norm and are certified by IMCI. Each
boat is controlled during the building time.
Hull and deck
In the hull and deck we are using isopolyester with glassfibre reinforcement and
multiaxial roving, everything made by hand, according to the sandwich method
with divinycell as distance material. The colour is white, NGA Gelcoat, with
inserted dark blue stripes. A hull construction consisting of stringers, engine
bed, mastfoot and keel reinforcement is integrated and laminated from stem to
stern. All structural bulkheads are laminated to the hull and deck.
Bath platform with bath ladder is inserted into the stern. All horizontal surfaces in the deck, superstructure and cockpit are sandwich construction. Cockpit, winch plates and the bath platform are laid with 12 mm teak. Hull and deck is joined with 8-mm acidproof bolts.
Keel
The keel is made of lead with antimony, weight 4 600 kg. The keel is bolted to
the hull with M24 acidproof bolts and construction glue. The rudder has triple
bearings.
Mast
19/20 Furling rig from Seldén made in silver anodized aluminium profile, that's
going through the deck and stands on the internal bottom grid. Two pairs of
swept spreaders. Two mechanical backstay adjusters. Seldén rodkick with
gasspring. Halyards and reefs to the cockpit. The mast is equipped with
steaminglight, decklight, Windex and pilotlines for later addition of halyards.

Steering
2 wheels, each 100 cm in diameter. Leather covered Stainless steel wheels. One
compass by each wheel. Raymarine Autopilot ST 7001+ connected to the Raymarine
course computer S3 with Gyrocompass. Electronic gas throttle on SB side.
Deck
gear
Toe rails in aluminium or Teak with internal deck drains to avoid smears to
topsides.
Handle in teak. 8 skylights, where of two is an emergency exit for the owner's
cabin. 7 windows in hardened isolated glass in stainless steel frames. 4
portlights, two to the toilet and two to the saloon. Mooring cleats in stem,
stern and two springcleats amidships. Pulpits, integrated seats in aft. Gateway
on each side. Two genoa winches in stainless steel, Andersen 52 ST. Genoa bars
with travellers. Anchorbox in the stem. Two Doradeventilators to the saloon.
Shower handle on the bathplatform with hot and cold water. Teak on the deck.
Ventilator to the owners cabin.
Steamheadfitting with integrated step and fastening point for the gennacker.
Anchorwinch 1200 W with 40 m of chain and 20 Kg stainless steel
"Bruce" anchor.
Raymarine ST 60 speed, depth and wind mounted on a large instrument console
above the entrance.
Cockpit
A large and generous cockpit with large lockers. A blue sprayhood, serves as a
good protection towards rain etc. Two separate storage rooms for gastubes on the
sidedecks. Main sheet bar with adjustable stoppers. Two halyard winches in
Stainless steel, Andersen 40 ST. Two outlets for the drainage of the cockpit.
Separate compartment for the liferaft.
Engine
4-cylinders, freshwater cooled turbo diesel, 55 hp. Saildrive with a 3-blade
folding propeller. The engine room is well isolated with 30 mm sound isolation.
All service points have an easy access. The hot warm water circuit goes through
the 40 l warm water boiler that is well isolated. A Large filter for the
Seawater. Fuelfilter with water and dirt separator. Engine start via the
separate 75 Ah 12V battery.
Electrical system
Two separate electrical circuits. One 24 V system with a switchboard by the
navigation seat. The switchboard is equipped with automatic fuses, switches,
Diesel-, water-and voltmeter. The 24 V system have 230 Ah for lights etc. A 12 V
system for the engine with 75 Ah. A 24 V 65 Amp alternator is charging the 24 V
batteries. A 12 V 80 Amp is charging the engine battery. 230 V system with
electric central containing automatic fuses. Battery charger 40 Amp.
Tanks
All tanks are made in Stainless steel. The main tank is mounted in the centre of
the boat under the floorboards and contains 205 l, it's equipped with a fuel
gauge.
2 watertanks is placed under the saloon floor two on each side totally appr 400 l. One water gauge on each side. Piped to the Freshwater pump that has a filter. The tanks have hatches to be able to clean it.
The toilet aft is connected to a septic tank that is placed up under the deck in the aft storage room. It is emptied either by gravity or by deck pump out.
The toilet in the front is connected to a septic tank that is placed up under the deck in the anchor box. It is emptied either by gravity or by deck pump out.
The boats has two shower pumps that takes care of the water from the toilet compartments and is then automatically pumped over board.
Sails
Furlin mainsail and Genoa in Triradial Cut Laminate quality. The mainsail is
equipped with standing battens, modelmark, boatnumber, telltales, sailbag.
Heating and Refrigeration
Heater, Eberspächer, 5.0 kW. Outlets in the toilet compartments, saloon,
aftcabins and forward cabin. All the outlets except the one in the saloon can be
regulated separately. Since the hull and deck are well insulated the heating and
consequently electrical consumption will be minimal.
A water cooled Isotherm SP system is fitted for the refrigerator. The magazine is mounted in a well isolated refrigerator. A Isotherm SP Freeze unit is mounted in a well isolated deepfreeze box.
Interior
The interior is made out of khayamahogany with carefully made carpentry satin
varnished. Varnished teak floorboards with light wood inserts. Cushions covered
with high quality furnished fabric, choosed by the customer. Curtains to the
windows in the saloon.
There is different interiors and materials to choose from.
Owners cabin
Double berth 200 cm long. Shelves over the berth. Three wardrobes, one with
shelves. Sofa on SB side. A lot of stowage under the berths. Two skylights.
Front Toilet
Washbasin and floor in laminate for easy cleaning. Pumptoilet connected to a
holding tank. Corian® around sink area. Skylight for light and ventilation.
Pressurised hot and cold water. Shower pump.
Saloon
Large comfortable U-sofa on BB side. A table with integrated bottle locker. The
backrest can be folded up and the sofa can be used as bed. Under the sofa there
is plenty of space. Handles in the roof.
On SB side there is also a Navigation area with a large charttable. A large
circuitboard with automatic fuses. Plenty of room to install instruments etc. A
Raymarine ST 8001+ connected to a Raymarine S3 with Gyrocompass. Electronic gas
throttle and a Raymarine ST 60 Multi instrument.
Galley
The pantry is U-shaped, to get a good workingarea. Double sink with pressurised
hot and cold water, dustbin, gimballed 3-flame cooker with oven. Portlight above
the cooker for ventilation. A large well insulated ice box with refrigeration
unit plus an Refrigerator.
The bench is made out of Corian®. Plenty of cupboards and drawers. Rörsstrand
China for 6 persons and glasses from Orrefors.
Toilet aft
Washbasin and floor in laminate for easy cleaning. Pumptoilet connected to a
holding tank. Corian® around sink area. Hanginglocker for wet clothes.
Portlight for light and ventilation. Pressurised hot and cold water. Separate
shower compartment with a curtain. Mirror in the door.
Owners Cabin aft
A wide double berth, 200 cm long. Wardrobes and lockers on both sides of the
bed. Two Skylights that works as an emergency exit.
Other equipment
The hull is treated with epoxy primer and two times with antifouling paint.
Four mooring lines.
Six fenders.
